I truly enjoyed my DECENT stay. Lovely hotel, extremely accommodating staff, well-kept room. The breakfast was savoury with lots of decent food on offer. Perfect view of lake.

There was a continental breakfast with great food. It was located in a great area just off shops as well as a beautiful lake surrounded by plenty of shops.

The hotel is cozy, drinks and food are fab. Efficient check in and smooth check out. The restaurant serves casual Asian food.

Rooms were delightful and had memorable views, convenient to be 0.5 miles away from Concord Regional airport. Even though the whole experience was magnificent, the bed in our room was not very good.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

I would recomand it for those visiting Charlotte, an incredible stay. Great value for money, lovely beds and the staff is very, very nice. Awesome breakfast, special service.

our favorite hotel in charlotte, staff was courteous. it was a deluxe property with a nice view. loved that a heating system, a private safe and ironing facilities were included.

Love Sushi was set 5 minutes walk away. We would definitely visit it again if visiting Charlotte. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
